This page explains how you can exercise your privacy rights under applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Axiron, Corp. does not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA. Because we do not engage in these practices, no opt-out action is required on your part.
However, we provide this page as a best practice and as a point of contact for any privacy-related requests.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of any data "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA. No further action is needed on your part if GPC is enabled.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. For CCPA/CPRA requests, we will respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice). For GDPR requests, we will respond within 30 days.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization.
